LINC x EASC: scientifically based personality diagnostics for Coaching & Supervision

LINC GmbH, the market leader in personality analysis for coaching (according to RAUEN Market Analysis 2024), develops scientifically based tools for personality development. At its heart is the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP) – a digital analysis that holistically assesses personality: character (Big Five), motives and competencies.
