Neugierig aufs Leben und interessiert am Menschen, am warum wir so sind wie wir sind mit Lust am Lernen, Wachsen & Lehren. Das bin ich. Viele Jahre im Ausland lebend im Austausch mit anderen Kulturen und Sprachen – und leidenschaftliche Mutter von zwei erwachsenen Söhnen.
1990 - Nach der humanistischen Schulausbildung mit Schwerpunkt auf Latein und Alt – Griechisch am Lessing-Gymnasium in Frankfurt am Main, wechselte ich in den Abiturjahren ins Internat nach Salem in Baden-Württemberg, wo ich mit den Lehren des Reformpädagogen Kurt Hahns in Verbindung trat. Schon meine Schulzeit zeichnet aus was mich lebenslang begleiten wird: Der Balance-Akt zwischen Traditions- und Reformbewusstsein. Die Leidenschaft für das humanistische Weltbild, die den Menschen und seine Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten in den Mittelpunkt stellt.
Es folgten das Studium der Religions- und Theaterwissenschaften an der Freien Universität in Berlin nach dem Mauerfall; erste Berührungspunkte mit der Welt des Unbewussten, der Psychoanalyse, mit den Schriften von Freud und Jung, mit Mythologie, Kommunikation und Kunst.
1995 - Nach Abschluss der Studiums Umzug nach Paris als Lektoratspraktikantin (l´Arche Editeur), Übersetzungen und Dokumentationen der Werke von Albert Camus, Pina Bausch, Hans Berggruen, Bertolt Brecht uw..
1997 - dann der ereignisreiche Umzug nach Caracas, Familiengründung, Studium der Anthropologie an der UCAB Caracas (Universiadad Católica Andrés Bello) und Arbeit am Goethe-Institut als Trainerin für Interkulturelle Kommunikation, erste biographische Schreibversuche.
2008 folgte aufgrund der politischen Entwicklung in Venezuela dann der Umzug nach Barcelona und die europaweit zertifizierte Weiterbildung zum systemischen Coach (2019) und zur Supervisorin (noch in Ausbildung) durch die EASC (European Association for Coaching & Supervision) mit Zusatz -Ausbildungen in NLP (Neurolinguistisches Programmieren), in Generativer Trance (Stephen Gilligan) und Hypnose (Milton Erickson).
Seit 2019 arbeite ich selbstständig in eigener Praxis in Sant Just Desvern/ Barcelona

Curious about life and interested in people, why we are the way we are with a desire to learn, grow & teach. It's me. Living abroad for many years in exchange with other cultures and languages - and passionate mother of two adult sons.
After the humanistic school education with a focus on Latin and ancient Greek at the Lessing-Gymnasium in Frankfurt am Main, I went to the boarding school in Salem in Baden-Württemberg, where I came into contact with the teachings of the reform pedagogue Kurt Hahn. Even my school days are characterized by what will accompany me for the rest of my life: the balancing act between tradition and reform consciousness. The passion for the humanistic world view that focuses on people and their development opportunities.
This was followed by studying culture and theater studies at the Freie Universität in Berlin after the fall of the Wall; First points of contact with the world of the unconscious, with psychoanalysis, with the writings of Freud and Jung, with mythology, communication and art.
After completing mystudies, y moved to Paris as a trainee editor (l'Arche Editeur), translations and documentation of the works of Albert Camus, Pina Bausch, Hans Berggruen, Bertolt Brecht and others. Then in 1997 the eventful move to Caracas, Venezuela, starting a family, studying anthropology at the UCAB Caracas (Universiadad Católica Andrés Bello) and working at the Goethe-Institut as a trainer for intercultural communication, first biographical attempts at writing.
Due to the political situation in Venezuela, the move to Barcelona followed in 2008 and the Europe-wide certified further training as a systemic coach and supervisor (still in training) by the EASC (European Association for Coaching & Supervision) with additional training in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), in generative Trance (Stephen Gilligan) and hypnosis (Milton Erickson).
Since 2019 I have been working independently in my own practice in Sant Just Desvern/ Barcelona

Curiosa por la vida e interesada en las personas, en por qué somos como somos, con ganas de aprender, crecer y enseñar. Así soy yo. Viviendo en el extranjero durante muchos años en intercambio con otras culturas e idiomas - y madre apasionada de dos hijos adultos.
Tras mi formación escolar humanística con especialización en latín y griego antiguo en el Lessing-Gymnasium de Fráncfort del Meno, en mis años de Abitur me trasladé al internado de Salem en Baden- Württemberg, donde entré en contacto con las enseñanzas del pedagogo reformista Kurt Hahn. Mis años escolares ya se caracterizaron por lo que me acompañará toda la vida: El equilibrio entre la conciencia de la tradición y la reforma. La pasión por la cosmovisión humanista, que sitúa en el centro al ser humano y sus posibilidades de desarrollo.
A ello siguieron estudios de religión y teatro en la FU de Berlín tras la caída del Muro; primer contacto con el mundo del inconsciente, el psicoanálisis, los escritos de Freud y Jung, la mitología, la comunicación y el arte.
Tras finalizar mis estudios, me trasladé a París como editora en prácticas (l'Arche Editeur), traduciendo y documentando las obras de Albert Camus, Pina Bausch, Hans Berggruen, Bertolt Brecht, etc. En 1997 me trasladé a Caracas, formé una familia, estudié antropología en la UCAB Caracas (Universiadad Católica Andrés Bello) y trabajé en el Goethe-Institut como formadora en comunicación intercultural, e hice mis primeros intentos de escritura biográfica.
Debido a los acontecimientos políticos en Venezuela, me trasladé a Barcelona en 2008 y completé mi formación continua como coach sistémico y supervisor (aún en formación) certificado en toda Europa por EASC (European Association for Coaching & Supervision) con formación adicional en PNL (Programación Neurolingüística), Trance Generativo (Stephen Gilligan) e Hipnosis (Milton Erickson).
Desde 2019 trabajo de forma independiente en mi propia consulta en Sant Just Desvern/ Barcelona.

As a coach, I work with my clients to improve the benefits of diversity in their teams. I work with companies that are active in international markets. Their employees have different cultural and/or professional backgrounds and bring their competences to the joint project. Companies are the sum of the emotional intelligence and social competence of their teams. I also offer training with a focus on intercultural communication. And I give workshops on conflict management, potential development and the power of the unconscious.
I also offer individual coaching for people who want to reorient themselves personally or professionally.

Como coach, trabajo con mis clientes para mejorar los beneficios de la diversidad en sus equipos. Trabajo con empresas que operan en mercados internacionales. Sus empleados tienen orígenes culturales y/o profesionales diferentes y aportan sus competencias al proyecto común. Las empresas son la suma de la inteligencia emocional y la competencia social de sus equipos. También ofrezco formación centrada en la comunicación intercultural. E imparto talleres sobre gestión de conflictos, desarrollo del potencial y el poder del inconsciente.
