In 2023, we at EASC will have finally defined the framework conditions for Master Coach modules that can be offered by our institutes. These are intended as specialised advanced modules for EASC coaches who want to gain further qualifications after their coach training.
These can be topics such as:
Schema Therapy, ZRM, Resource-Oriented Coaching, Life Coaching, Business Coaching, Embodiment, Resilience, Online Digital, Enneagram, Empowerment, Relational Coaching, Mindfulness, Health, Hypno-Systemic Coaching, Introversion, NLP, Team-Group Coaching, Logotherapy, Internal Family System, Organisational Development, and many more.
The institutes are invited to design appropriate modules. There is an application form for this, which has been sent to the institutes but can also be requested from the EASC Office, if needed. The modules should comprise a minimum of 35 hours or more. Applications can be sent to the EASC Office and will be reviewed by the CQS.
It is planned that the Master Coach offers will be published on the EASC website. Coaches can then book the relevant modules.
In doing so, the participants continually keep a study book with their attended coachings (both being coached and doing the coach sessions), from internal and external perspectives, and for self-awareness. A total of 12 hours of teaching supervision must also be demonstrated. At the end, the participants write a case study on one of the specific topics of a module.
As soon as coaches have completed a total of at least 190 hours in various modules, they can apply to the EASC Office for certification as a master coach. To receive the certificate, the participants take part in an evaluation workshop. |
