GordonTA was founded in 2004, by Bea Vízi, that's when the company entered the field of business life - with more than ten years of joint work, experience and friendship behind them. Our mentor and senior colleague was Dr. Zsuzsa F. Várkonyi, Psychologist, titled university professor. For 20 years, we have been teaching the combined, transaction analysis-based program she developed to various professional groups, companies and individuals alike.
Our programs offer training for all levels of the organization. We don't just teach communication techniques, but a radically different approach to relationships.
Zsuzsa was the first to introduce and start TA based self-knowledge and communication trainings in Hungary. She is also the author of many internationally successful self-knowledge books.
Our founder and professional manager is Bea Vízi, Zsuzsa F. Várkonyi's student and colleague. They have been holding self-knowledge and game analysis groups together since 2000. She is also a mental health specialist, senior trainer, training supervisor. She is the leading instructor for our coach, trainer and supervisor courses. Amina Eperjesi is one of the leading instructors of our coach and supervisor courses too, and has been working with us for more than 10 years as a mentor coach, team-coach, senior trainer, and training supervisor.
Our main goal is to pass on the methodology represented by Zsuzsa F. Várkonyi to as many people as possible and to present her innovations both domestically and internationally.
For about 15 years our main target group and mission has been the training of coaches, trainers, and supervisors too. We believe with this knowledge they can become credible professionals with deep self-knowledge who represent this win-win approach in the work with their clients.
Our EASC accredited supervisor training is based on a transactional analytical approach, and also combines many other theories and methodologies, thereby offering a comprehensive professional toolkit to supervisor candidates.
With the organisational TA funds, our goal is to train supervisors who can provide supervision in any field. In addition to helping professions, for the first time in our country, we also offer our program to participants in the competitive sector. Through our training, our participants can become interprofessional supervisors.
