Ethics Commission and Ombuds Office
The Ethics Commission updates the Ethical Guidelines and develops them in a dialogue with the members. The Commission encourages the examination of the ethical foundations and the limits of the professional actions as a supervisor, coach and also as a trainer.
As Ombuds Office, the Ethics Commission supports members in dealing with difficult ethical questions regarding supervision, coaching and training. Upon request, it consults members and their clients in case of different opinions, oriented towards solutions, and it may submit proposals for decisions to the Board.
The members of the Ethics Commission are elected by the Annual General Assembly of Members (AGM).
