EASC Quality

EASC is a European trade association for supervisors and coaches. We consider our task to be quality assurance, enhancement and application of supervision and coaching. Our work has a particular focus on intercultural cooperation within Europe.

EASC offers personal membership to:

  • active supervisors
  • active coaches
  • coaches and supervisors in training with an institute certified by EASC
  • sponsoring members

Quality assurance is done by European institutes recognised by EASC. Trainers with vast practical experience and the corresponding qualification work there as mentoring trainers.
EASC also organises an exchange and evaluation of standards and further education requirements in a European context to assure a high training quality.

At the EASC, we uphold the highest standards for publishing content that educates, inspires, and empowers our membership. Our quality guidelines ensure that all materials are aligned with our ethical coaching practices. We prioritize clarity, accuracy, and professionalism, ensuring that each publication provides valuable insights for members and their clients alike. We encourage contributions that reflect diverse perspectives and uphold integrity in the supervision, coaching, and organizational development industries. By maintaining these standards, we foster a trusted knowledge hub that supports growth, development, and excellence in coaching practices.

Standard of Quality

In EASC, the CQS (Committee of Quality and Standards) defines quality standards and represents them towards our members, institutes and project groups.

The CQS Manual explains all relevant issues in this context (current version: of August 2019).

The Manual, including all its parts, is protected by a copyright. Any use outside the narrow limits permitted by copyright law without the written permission of the EASC Office is forbidden and punishable. This particularly applies to reproductions, translations, microfilming and to storage and processing in electronic systems.
