Dear Colleagues,

In the course of various activities over the past year, we have seen that there is a need amongst our members to participate in supervision events in a group setting even after training as a coach/supervisor.

As EASC, we would therefore like to offer our members supervision workshops led by teaching supervisors. All this at a guaranteed price, a clear setting and the same standard.

The framework:

- The workshops are always conducted jointly by two EASC teaching supervisors

- A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 people can take part in the workshops.

- All participants receive individual supervision and group supervision as part of the workshop.

- Participation is confirmed by a certificate of attendance.

• The prices correspond to our membership price categories.

• Category I and II (Switzerland, Germany, England etc.) 315€ plus VAT for two days, half price for one day
• Category III and IV (CZ, Hungary, Spain) 140€ plus VAT for two days, half price for one day

- The offer is aimed at already certified colleagues and is offered in different languages.

- The courses take place online.

- The offer is aimed at coaches and supervisors. They can bring in cases or topics that they would like to supervise. Topics from the following areas can be covered:

I.  Professional questions:

Group supervision sees itself primarily as a collegial learning forum in which (critical?) cases can be presented and discussed. The aim is to develop methodologically, to recognize boundaries and, for example, to recognize transference.

II Profession-related topics:

Further development of the profession/personal business model. How is my business model as a coach or supervisor developing? What can I do to be more successful on the market?

(Portfolio development, personal branding, market penetration, online activities, etc.).

III Personal development as a coach/supervisor:

In addition to professionalism, it is of great importance that coaches and supervisors have a high degree of sensitivity, empathy and mindfulness. This “sensory system” can be challenged and also overloaded. How do I deal with the fates and life tasks I am given and how does it affect me and my environment? This can also be a question in supervision.
