Berlin - From October 2023, the coaching umbrella organisation Roundtable Coaching e.V. (RTC) will introduce the first cross-association quality seal for coaches in Germany. The new seal bears the designation "Certified Coach RTC" and authorises the use of the title "Coach RTC".

The seal confirms to qualified coaches that they fulfil the RTC's high standards for professional coaching: Thus, the use of the seal and title is linked to proof of specific coaching competences that have been developed as part of extensive further training led by qualified teaching staff. This proof of qualification must have been confirmed by external experts. Continuous further training, for example in specialist areas and through supervision, is also expected. With this certificate, the umbrella organisation is making an important contribution to reliable quality in coaching and to the visibility of qualified coaches in an expanding and unregulated coaching market.

The introduction of the "Coach RTC" was made possible after the member associations of the RTC were able to agree on binding quality standards and a procedure for review and further development.

In terms of content, the seal is based on the categories of the European (EQF) and German Quality Framework (DQR) as well as the competence profile for supervision and coaching from

ECVision (March 2015). Membership as a certified coach in one of the participating associations DGfC, DGSF, EASC, GwG and QRC is the basis for using the seal and title. In a differentiated procedure, the member associations prove that their standards for further training and admission of members correspond to the RTC standards. The verification documents are scrutinised in detail. If necessary, conditions for further development are imposed.

After successful verification of compliance, the certified coaches of the relevant member association who meet the standards are authorised to use the title and seal.

All member associations of the RTC have been audited since October 2023 and have since been authorised to provide their certified members with the new coaching seal.

Pečeť kvality napříč asociacemi pro větší profesionalitu na trhu koučování

Berlín - Od října 2023 zavede zastřešující organizace pro koučování Roundtable Coaching e.V. (RTC) první mezisvazovou pečeť kvality pro kouče v Německu. Nová pečeť nese označení "Certifikovaný kouč RTC" a opravňuje k používání titulu "Kouč RTC".

Pečeť potvrzuje kvalifikovaným koučům, že splňují vysoké standardy RTC pro profesionální koučování: Používání pečeti a titulu je tak spojeno s prokázáním specifických trenérských kompetencí, které byly rozvíjeny v rámci komplexního programu dalšího vzdělávání vedeného kvalifikovanými pedagogickými pracovníky. Tento doklad o kvalifikaci musí být potvrzen externími odborníky. Očekává se také průběžné další vzdělávání, například ve specializovaných oblastech a prostřednictvím supervize. Tímto certifikátem zastřešující organizace významně přispívá ke spolehlivé kvalitě koučování a ke zviditelnění kvalifikovaných koučů na expandujícím a neregulovaném trhu koučování.

Zavedení "trenérského RTC" bylo umožněno poté, co se členské asociace RTC dokázaly dohodnout na závazných standardech kvality a na postupu jejich přezkoumání a dalšího rozvoje.

Po úspěšném ověření shody jsou certifikovaní trenéři příslušného členského sdružení, kteří splňují standardy, oprávněni používat titul a pečeť.

Všechny členské asociace RTC prošly od října 2023 auditem a od té doby jsou oprávněny poskytovat svým certifikovaným členům novou trenérskou pečeť.
