The reform group presented the first version of its draft for the new EASC manual to the EASC institutes at the institute meeting on 7 February 2024. As the association's quality manual, the manual, which is currently being revised, is the basis for EASC recognition and certification and as such is also decisive for the public perception of the value of the certificates issued by EASC.

The draft presented - and of course still unfinished in many respects - comprises 100 pages. A translation into English is available. The manual currently comprises the following chapters:

1. Introduction
2. Certification and recertification
3. Quality criteria
4. Qualification framework
   
   and in the future also
5. examination procedures and complaints procedures.

As changes to such fundamental guidelines and standards naturally affect the training institutes first and foremost, an intensive internal EASC dialogue process began on the 7^th of February and will continue on a monthly basis until the summer. The institutes have been given the dates for this dialogue. The reform group is counting on active participation from all interested institute representatives, because as we all know: "The iron must be forged while it is hot." Currently, the situation around the manual is quite dynamic, but by the end of June 2024, "the iron" is to be cooled down and brought into a more solid form in the sense of a pilotable version.

Now is therefore the right time to contribute your own ideas, concerns, questions and comments. With this in mind, the reform group encourages all EASC institutes to take advantage of the opportunity to participate by attending the meetings announced by the institute spokesperson and at any time via the e-mail address below.

Březnová aktualizace procesu reformy - První návrh příručky je zde!

Skupina pro reformu představila institutům EASC první verzi návrhu nové příručky EASC na zasedání institutů dne 7. února 2014. Příručka, která je v současné době revidována, je jako příručka kvality sdružení ústředním základem pro uznávání a certifikaci EASC a jako taková je také rozhodující pro vnímání hodnoty certifikátů vydávaných EASC veřejností.

Předložený návrh - v mnoha ohledech samozřejmě ještě nedokončený - má 100 stran. K dispozici je překlad do angličtiny. Příručka v současné době obsahuje následující kapitoly:

1. Úvod
2. Certifikace a recertifikace
3. Kritéria kvality
4. Kvalifikační rámec
   
   a v budoucnu také
5. zkušební postupy a postupy pro podávání stížností.

Vzhledem k tomu, že změny těchto základních směrnic a norem se přirozeně dotýkají především školicích institucí, byl 7. února zahájen intenzivní interní dialog EASC, který bude pokračovat každý měsíc až do léta. Instituty obdržely termíny tohoto dialogu. Reformní skupina počítá s aktivní účastí všech zainteresovaných zástupců institutů. Protože samozřejmě platí: "Železo se musí kout, dokud je žhavé". V současné době se toho ještě hodně mění. Do konce června 2024 by mělo "železo" vychladnout a být uvedeno do pevnější podoby ve smyslu pilotovatelné verze.

Nyní je tedy ten správný čas přispět vlastními nápady, obavami, otázkami a návrhy. S ohledem na to reformní skupina vybízí všechny instituty EASC, aby využily možnosti zapojit se prostřednictvím účasti na schůzkách oznámených mluvčím institutu a kdykoli prostřednictvím níže uvedené e-mailové adresy.

Reformní skupina rovněž ráda přijme jakékoli informace od subjektů mimo instituty na e-mailové adrese reformgroup@easc-online.eu.
