Organisations do not fail because of conflicts. They fail because of the fiction that they could do without them.
With this thesis, the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland invites you to the 11th Change Conference, held on 27–28 January 2028.
We turn our attention to a familiar yet rarely articulated observation: organisations do not only produce decisions – they also produce images of coherence around these decisions. And precisely where these images can no longer be unsettled, the real problems begin.
Since its inception, the conference has offered an interdisciplinary space for people from academia, consulting and practice who are willing not only to present their perspectives, but also to have them challenged.
Call for Papers – Your Contribution
We warmly invite you to participate with a contribution to the conference and the accompanying publication. We are looking for German‑language submissions that:
- Reconstruct consensus not as a solution, but as a problem
- Take the function of fictions seriously without idealising them
- Sharpen the analysis of dissent, power and exclusion
Abstracts (max. 1,000 characters) by 30 September 2026; feedback by 31 October 2026; conference and publication in January 2028.

Organizace neselhávají kvůli konfliktům. Selhávají kvůli fikci, že by se bez nich mohly obejít.
Touto tezí zve Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz na 11. ročník konference Change, která se koná 27.–28. ledna 2028.
Zaměřujeme se na známé, avšak zřídka přesně formulované pozorování: organizace nevytvářejí jen rozhodnutí – vytvářejí také obrazy jejich soudržnosti. A právě tam, kde tyto obrazy přestávají být narušitelné, začínají skutečné problémy.
Konference je – jako od počátku – interdisciplinárním prostorem pro lidi z akademické sféry, poradenství i praxe, kteří jsou připraveni nejen prezentovat své perspektivy, ale také je nechat zpochybnit.
Výzva k zasílání příspěvků – Vaše účast
Srdečně vás zveme k účasti na konferenci i doprovodné publikaci. Hledáme příspěvky v němčině, které:
- Rekonstruují konsensus nikoli jako řešení, ale jako problém
- Berou vážně funkci fikcí, aniž by je idealizovaly
- Zostřují analýzu disensu, moci a vyloučení

A szervezetek nem a konfliktusok miatt vallanak kudarcot. Hanem azért, mert fenntartják azt a fikciót, hogy nélkülük is működhetnének.
Ezzel a gondolattal hívja a Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz a 11. Change Konferenciára, amelyet 2028. január 27–28‑án rendeznek meg.
Egy ismerős, mégis ritkán pontosan megfogalmazott jelenségre irányítjuk a figyelmet: a szervezetek nemcsak döntéseket hoznak – hanem képeket is alkotnak ezek összhangjáról. És éppen ott, ahol ezek a képek már nem zavarhatók meg, kezdődnek a valódi problémák.
A konferencia – kezdettől fogva – interdiszciplináris gondolkodási tér azoknak, akik a tudományból, tanácsadásból vagy a gyakorlatból érkeznek, és készek nemcsak képviselni, hanem megkérdőjelezni is saját nézőpontjaikat.
Felhívás – A ti hozzájárulásotok
Szeretettel várjuk hozzájárulásaitokat a konferenciához és a kapcsolódó kiadványhoz.
Német nyelvű írásokat keresünk, amelyek:
- A konszenzust nem megoldásként, hanem problémaként rekonstruálják
- Komolyan veszik a fikciók funkcióját anélkül, hogy idealizálnák őket
- Élesítik a nézetkülönbség, a hatalom és a kizárás elemzését
