„Three intensive days of MOCK exams – realistic simulation exams for the EASC Coach certification – are now behind me. At the Ulla Nagel Institute in Dresden, it was once again a great pleasure to work with Ulla and her coach-training participants. Six candidates will be certified as EASC Coaches in May, and I can confidently say: they are very well prepared.
Beyond strong professional and theoretical knowledge, I was particularly impressed by their coaching mindset, their ability to build strong coaching relationships, and their competence in facilitating coaching processes.
What stood out: all participants also stepped into the role of examiners, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, developing thoughtful exam questions, and testing the new EASC assessment forms with valuable feedback.
